Class description
 

Essential Level

In this class you will learn how to incorporate in the exercises the 5 basic anatomical principles of Pilates . These principles will make you more aware of your ‘core’ and help you get better results from your workout.

Essential L1

Suitable for those new to Pilates or returning from a long break from exercising.

Essential L2

Strengthen and Stretch to feel supple and energized

Essential/Intermediate

A total body workout.

This class is designed to challenge your stability, stamina and endurance.

Back Care 

Strengthen your core with a gentle exercise routine to maintain and improve the health of your back. 

Managing an Injury 

This class is suitable to those recovering from an injury or dealing with back, hip/knee or shoulder pain.

Prices:

£40 for 5 consecutive sessions

£10 drop in
