Suitable for those new to Pilates or returning from a long break from exercising. In this class you will learn how to incorporate in the exercises the 5 basic anatomical principles of Pilates . These principles will help you perform the exercises safely and more effectively.
Suitable to beginners and intermediate level. The tutor will be offering modifications to increase or decrease intensity according to your physical ability.
Strength & Stretch
A combination of strengthening exercises with a pause in between to stretch the muscles involved.
A total body workout.
This class is designed to challenge your stability, stamina and endurance.
Stretch & Relax
In this class we focus on the mobility of your joints, awareness of your breathing, core activation, flexibility and relaxation.
Managing an Injury
This class is suitable to those recovering from an injury or dealing with back, hip/knee or shoulder pain.
